Dina Meyer was born and raised in Forest Hills Queens New York. When she was finishing junior high, she moved out of Queens and moved to Dix Hills Long Island. Dina Meyer has two brothers, Gregory is her elder brother and Evan is her younger brother. Her first exposure to the entertainment industry came as she was modeling at the age of 9 to 16. Ron Stetson trained her in the acting techniques of Sanford Meisner at The Neighborhood Playhouse. This took about three years.
